Might have to cancel the old-article rule because SOME people are just throwing in any random performance that counted for like LAST week's chart. They have to directly affect this week-- the only way this would really work was if you wrote articles where they hyped the **** out of something that released THIS week.

It's for stuff that was meant to apply to the following week. Like, if you don't have a single out this week, because it releases next week, but you perform it for the first time this week, then you can include that performance in the 5-article list for next week.
It has to be a past article that directly affects this week, not some random performance that already counted s promo last week.
Some people already just included random things, so those don't... count for them this week.
