Anybody here struggle with weight loss, and have achieved ways in losing that weight? Was the weight loss achieved by diet and exercise, or another way that you're less proud of?
Anyone ever use any pills that actually worked for you when it came to losing weight, and why did you resort to that?
Any other stories about rebounds, or just being happy with your weight after not being, is encouraged to be shared!
I suffer from EDNOS, and I relapse fairly often. When I need to lose a lot of weight fast, water fasting is what helps me achieve that. Definitely not a healthy way to do it, but it gets the work done (once I lost 15lbs in a week).
The best way to do it is to control your intake (counting calories or carbs, both ways work) and try to include exercising, although it's not necessary.
Pills, crash diets, starving yourself might work in the short term, but they're all completely unsustainable and in the long run, you will put back on what you list and often more.
I lost 75kgs and have kept it off since 2011 through clean eating and exercise. Its not rocket science, it's calories in vs calories out. I haven't had soda, chocolate or takeaway since I started and feel all the better for it. You've also really got to want to lose the weight
Girl, there's no secret.
Drink NOTHING but water.
Eat healthily (balanced diet)
And exercise. Easiest way to exercise is to not see it as exercising.
Cycle to school, swim on the weekends, join the gym, do home cardio etc.
