Ive never seen any gay man that ive come across on social media do this, so lets not get into stereotyping. That is horribly tacky to do though, that is private business.
maybe to raise awareness of how easy it is to get tested and advocating for safe sex, and to remove a level of stigma surrounding both getting tested and the disease itself?
