Yet, I hope she kills it. I mean, in Vegas many people will see her who are not stans/fans, but tourists looking for entertainment. She can't afford disappointing them tbh.

Since summer, inclusive of "Chanteuse" show, she has been more serious about her performances. Yes, she's had hits and misses, we now know some of it due to bronchitis, but she knows what's at stake. I am confident that she'll do what is necessary to ensure great performances. With Big Jim at her side, I expect great things.

I just hope she knows there's nothing wrong about changing the key to adjust the songs to her voice. Her tone is still beautiful and her low notes are captivating. If belting exhausts her, she should only do it for the iconic vocal climaxes, like the key change of WBT, Emotions and the Vision Of Love bridge and then lower the rest

Really this! I mean, that may change her overall sound and change is good, change is needed.
Edit: in order to have bigger success with the GP again. For me, she could keep releasing what she's been doing the last years but I would love seeing Mariah changing it up, serving something that's really fresh and brave.

I'm planning to see Mimi in Vegas on July 18th! I'm so excited. 
I really hope she does something FRESH for this re-release. Nothing with Jermaine Dupri, Bryan-Michael Cox, nothing!
I would love to see maybe a Mark Ronson, Diplo, Da Internz, or Zedd collaboration, something that will be hot and pow and doable live. I just want Mimi to slay

I want Mariah to do a SOUL album. Like a revamped, more artistic and more mature version of her first 2 albums. The All Of Me / Stay With Me type of sound, but the Mariah way. And I don't even like these 2 songs, but with Mariah's voice, I'd semi stan for them

AMEN! I don't know why she doesn't do this.

Mariah is not a "performer" per se but she is capable of being a great "entertainer." She is a gifted vocalist and she fully understands her voice and ways to style it. I don't know why she doesn't spice it up and style her voice to make it more complimentary to the current state of her voice. I also want the set to look nice and for the outfits to look classy and beautiful i.e. The Beacon Theater.

But seriously, I'm going through a Rainbow phase right now after my Butterfly phase ended yesterday. The trinity is Petals, X Girlfriend and Crybaby and I'm obviously still pressed about what they did to Can't Take That Away

I will always go up for that album, but Did I Do That remains one of her worst songs ever and she sounds deranged on that track.
