As much as I dislike some of them, you can't deny the impact they have had on music and the entertainment industry over the last 5 years.

I am saying what everyone was saying, I am pretty aware that Beyonce was never a non event It's just that everyone's perception changes with a smash/underperforming era and it's annoying.

I've always thought Beyonce was one of the biggest and no one ever agreed with me prior to 2013 and I was always wondering why is she so underrated etc. and now suddenly she is the biggest one and the most overrated one

Everyone undermines Gaga's impact currently because of 1 underperforming era. While only months before ARTPOP everyone knew that she was one of the biggest easily. What was she doing before ARTPOP that made her big ? Nothing she was in a break, but then suddenly ARTPOP underperformed because of many factors and now everyone undermines her success and impact.

And Rihanna having the defining song of the decade but not being in top 10 defining artists

And Justin Bieber... everyone hates him so it's ok to undermine his impact I guess.
