Literally don't even get the fumes in here over an actress who had an event lined up because lots of people thought she could get a nom, and simply cancelled because she didn't get it.

all the actresses in the running for Best Actress are pretty established and had more acclaimed performances in more acclaimed films that made more money that Cake ever will, so with all due respect, your frame of reference = null.
