Apparantley this is a rumor, and Marvel won't be getting the rights to Spidey any time soon.

I do think they got the rights to Spider Man.... why else would they randomly delay the 3rd The Amazing Spiderman Movie to 2018? That's 4 years deep since they announced it.
When Sebastian Stan revealed he had a 9 picture deal with Marvel we all knew he would become Captain America or have a change of heart.
I hope Chris Hemsworth outlasts them all, I really need to catch up with the comics
