Barack Obama's children "look up to" Beyonce, the R&B star reveals.

According to Knowles, prior to her performance at President Obama's inauguration ball, his wife Michelle told the bootylicious singer that her daughter's Malia and Sasha thought of her as their idol.

Speaking to The Sun, Beyonce said: "She told me that she was very happy that her children had an artist like myself and - I don't even feel right saying this - she said she was happy they had me to look up to."

Katy isn't skanky...she's just brash and boistrous but she doesn't really sing about or exploit sex in her persona. And Madonna hasn't always been classy either but it's not like I blindly pretend that she's a saint.

Bey has crossed that line. The "Baby Boy" video is graphic, "Soldier" glamorized drugs and gangs, "T-Shirt" was dirty, and "Diva" is an insulting and dumb parody of black women. I loved B'Day but I finally wised up and caught on to the fact that Bey is a complete fraud. I have no respect for her, especially after she sold out her "independent women" mantra and love for God just so she could be Jay's trophy wife and give us songs like "Cater 2 U." I hope Michelle comes to her senses and finds a better role model for Sasha and Malia.
