Miley has been looking tragic for almost two years I thought she'd have long hair and dress better by now. I loved bangerz but I want her to look sexy and pretty again. This trashy looks is not cute at all.

She looks fine.. don't understand why some of you think celebs have to always be dressed to impress every where they go. Some aren't like that and Miley is one of them
