She's not in Vegas tho, that was in LA. And she's not the type of girl who does rehearsals all dolled up lol It's probably for a new backdrop, BTS interview, or something like that for Vegas.

A reliable insider (kyle @ exhale) said a few days ago she was up to something very soon, and then this happened...so it could be related to new music too, but I doubt it.
