Why desperate?
the game came out one and a half years ago and the PS4 version seven months ago. They've already made most of the profit they're going to make from the game so it's only smart to include one of the most critically acclaimed games of all time with the best selling next-gen console
Not to mention the main Xbox One right now is the AC bundle... also at $399/base price
