I got super hungry right now. its almost midnight. so I blended a carrot, a celery stick, 3 lettuce leaves, parsley and oregano and poured in some orange juice, lemon juice and BAM. Im drinking it and I will follow it with a big mug of simple green tea.
this is full of anti oxidants which is fantastic for your skin. and cells and well just about anything.
this blended smoothie tastes so good! you'd be surprised! and because it is not sweet it tastes as if I just ate a huge big meal!

I do beet carrots green apple and ginger. Best juice I've ever had.
Had some green ones a few times.
Beware of the beet one though, it turns your poop red

oh yes I love this combination! I usually add in some pineapple into it when beats are involved.
in general I also like a cold moroccan beat salad. its sooo good lol!
I remeber when i'd you know "dispose in the bathroom" I'd always get scared because my bodily "trash" was red -ish and i thought it was blood

I'm thinking of getting a juicer tho. because blenders r good for like if you want a full meal replacement ish every now and then. but if you just want a side drink thats healthy then a juicer is gr8

oh my sis took anti acne meds and so her liver was awful (im guessing for you its drinking )
so ya I heard that cilantro and parsley blended with water and pure lemon juice is really REALLY effective. my sis used to do this and she would eat fresh sea weed. sea weed as healing properties and the parsley, cilantro and lemon have these elements that help urify and discharge trash out your body

sis i made a quick google search and i havnt found much info on orange juice alone. they keep saying how lemon juice incorporated with other juices is the best. lemons r pretty pricy here so its not always convenient but try and get some and squeeze the juice out

I've literally been forcing myself to eat and drink. I haven't had much of an appetite, and I think it's catching up to me physically. People are saying I look gaunt now. Never experienced heart palpitations prior to today, but it's been about 8 hours and they haven't stopped. It's uncomfortable to inhale deeply, feels like someone is sitting on my chest. Do you think it could be from not eating, or the beginnings of panic disorder? Only suggesting this bc my dad gets them and I've never been more stressed out in my entire life.
I'm def going to the doctors tomorrow, but just wondering if anyone's dealt with anything similar.

It's probably panic attacks/anxiety but don't worry everyone gets them at some point! Just talk openly to your doctor and seek all the help you need, don't be scared to ask for counselling, medications, everything the doctor thinks may help.
Good luck and you'll be totally fine

Thanks I see a therapist already, she's definitely helpful. I've been on medication before but I'm reluctant to start again. I always thought panic attacks would be much more… dramatic, I guess? Like choking, vein-*******, red in the face, etc. Just shows my ignorance.

they come in many forms, mine were just fast heartbeat, difficulty breathing, feeling terrified... it could be something else tho but I doubt it's anything serious. And yes counselling is way better than any medication but medications also help and there is no shame in taking them, they are very good today and effective today

I had the exact same problem a month ago. I was so stressed out and I had palpitations for weeks but it's mainly because of anxiety/stressing (even stressing unconsciously causes palpitations). Focussing on your heart makes things worse aswell (when I focus on my heart I can feel it beat louder).

Well I used to get heart palpitations when I'd starve myself so that might be it.
Oh and guys, most cleanses really just mess up your metabolism and cause weight gain afterwards. Not recommended.

I had no idea it spoke about health too :/ my bad
however I suppose htis one can focus on a variety of health related topics not just how to bulk up or loose weight. also things like how to deal with skin, hair loss stuff like that I suppose.
