For those that live under a rock, Vine is a social platform where users take videos that are just 6 seconds long and post them on the Internet. They can be a super short skit, just them randomly talking, a dubbed movie/tv/video clip or anything in between. To those that don't use it, these will seem really bizarre, but those that do will understand just fine. These are my top 5 Vines of 2014.
The only category that is 100% centered specifically on ATRL users, the Member of the Year isn't necessarily my best friend, or the one I talk to the most, or anything like that. It's the one who was simply everywhere on ATRL in 2014, and had their username stamped on plenty of iconic things to happen within it. THIS is my Member of the Year.

I won't even lie, before this year I wasn't even sure who Maiko was. The first time I really noticed him was around the ATRL Hive Awards, which he absolutely slaughtered with some astounding graphics and never-before-seen ideas such as making an actual site for voting. Speaking of graphics, he gave us some great gifs that became popular, and continued creating amazing work for album threads, reviews and even smaller threads such as Mystery Photo. Over the year, he brought himself to the forefront of the biggest Beyoncé stans and won the ***Flawless award at their ceremony. But he wasn't just appreciated there, he also SNATCHED the biggest award of the night, Member of the Year, at the 2014 Member Awards (now this makes two!) On top of all that, he ranked at an impressive #11 on the Influential Members of the 2010's list, which was definitely deserved.
Maiko now joins the other 3 winners of this award, whom are all also ICONIC:
