She is one of those that I dont like with short hair, it just doesnt do her justice like long hair does. I even hate short hair on my own fave..

She's probably continuing to cut it because it's so damaged and fried but she continues to bleach it? IDGI. But yeah it's very ugly and the fact that she's quite bloated lately does her no favors.

She cut it shorter so it'll grow evenly. She would look ridiculous with 18 inch hair on top and 4 inch sides. She looks good.

exactly, she looks great to me!
however i'd love for miley to dye it another color. for some reason i really wanted her to dye an extremely pastel pink. lol!
