KESHA ANNOUNCES NEW SELF-TITLED ALBUM, SINGLE

Kesha's wasting no time! Just moments after the announcement of her signing to new label Jaybird Records after departing from former label Kemosabe, Kesha has news about her upcoming third studio album.
"This album is going to be so different, but also exactly the same," the singer revealed in a statement. What does this mean exactly? Kesha wouldn't say, "You'll find out soon enough," she teased with a smile. "But there's going to be more than one disc. This record is huge. I've titled it 'Kesha Rose', as it's super important to me and my fans. They're going to go absolutely ballistic! " Kesha laughed.
Kesha's third studio effort follows her 2010 debut 'Animal' and her 2012 sophomore record 'Warrior', as well as the 2010 EP 'Cannibal' and the 2012 EP 'Deconstructed', which were all recorded under Dr. Luke's permission. Kesha speaks about what it's like to be finally free from the label she was so desperately fighting to be free of since late 2013, "It's like I've been reborn. I have another chance at life, you know? I was trapped... I was making music I didn't want to make and releasing music I didn't want to release. It just didn't feel right. As an artist, I should be able to do those things. At first I just put up with it, but then it got to the point where I was releasing music that I didn't even want to release and there was no reward for that. The people weren't buying into it, fans weren't buying into it anymore either. They could see it just as clearly as I did, music made only for success without any soul or passion. That's not the music that I wanted to release.
Kesha also talked about her earlier music, "I love my first album. It was ****ing BOSS. I was like 20 when I started recording for that album, I was young, wild, crazy and sarcastic. The music on that record was 100% what I wanted it to be. But I also had an emotional side and that came through as well. I have so many songs that didn't make [the album] that I was so excited about, but I was never allowed to do anything with. As a songwriter, that's hard. It felt like so many years of writing and recording had been wasted just because they couldn't fit into the 14 tracks that I was allocated. I felt cheated. So when it came time for the next album, I was already in a state of mind that whenever I wrote a song it could be rejected just like that, and nobody would get to hear it, not even my fans. It was heartbreaking.
When asked about her new label, Kesha said that she was confident that this wouldn't happen again, "I've sorted everything out. They get my vision and they agree that my decisions should be the most important when releasing my work. Of course they will handle all of the legal stuff and will have a say in which songs make my album and which ones don't, as well as the singles, but it's definitely going to be more of a collaborative effort than a dictatorship. Some give and take on both their part and my own. I'm so excited to share what I've been working on these past few months!
Kesha also spilled some details about her new single that's coming out very very soon. "The single is coming out very very soon," Kesha revealed excitedly. "It's pop, I'd definitely call it pop," the We R Who We R singer announced, "but not like anything I've done before. It'll make you want to dance, but it won't make you want to get wasted. Well maybe it will, I don't know! It's a song that can appeal to everyone, no matter who you are or where you're from, but it's also a little bit naughty and a little bit sarcastic, with a little bit of romance thrown in. I'm really excited about this one. It's called "Twilight". And no, there's no vampires or werewolves!" Kesha joked.
"I wouldn't go to sleep tonight if I were you," Kesha addressed her fans. "Just stay up for the twilight," she smiled.
We have a feeling that Kesha's "Twilight" may be coming sooner than anyone thought! But what about her album? What's it going to sound like? It seems that Kesha's future is looking up right about now.

VEVO EXPOSED – NATALIA KILLS’ THE DEFINITION OF BAD WORLD TOUR. Coven de Couture plays in background.
624 words

Vevo took a behind the scenes look at what is quickly becoming the biggest world tour of the year, the tour that everyone has been raving about…”The Definition of Bad World Tour!” on their latest edition of VEVO Exposed. Take a look!
VEVO EXPOSED
Natalia looks at camera and says “Hi I’m Natalia Kills and this is The Definition of Bad World Tour Vevo Exposed courtesy of you guessed it…VEVO!”
**Shots from all around the stage and backstage appear on screen**
Natalia: “With this tour, I wanted to give my fans something different, something that I believe they deserve. They work really hard to get me where I am and truthfully I wouldn’t be here without them so I truly wanted to give them something they would be proud of.”
**Shots of staging crew putting together show appears on screen**
Natalia’s stage designer: “Actually I think the biggest problem we had putting this show together was getting all of the stuff that we had for an arena show and blowing them up for a stadium show. Also as you see this stage is really flexible in the sense that it undergoes 6 complete changes every night. It becomes a pyramid, it becomes a castle, it becomes a circular coven, it becomes a runway, it undergoes so much every night and honestly, getting this together and making it all work, it took a lot of time and money. We just hope fans of Natalia will really appreciate it.”
**Shots of fans holding posters and placards appears on screen**
Natalia’s designer: “Hello I’m Jade and I’m Natalia’s stylist. During the planning process of the show, Natalia told me her vision of the show and how she wanted everything to be seamless yet be in different acts. Coming up with the fashion was really challenging because Natalia is a woman that knows exactly what she wants. She has 10 different outfit changes every night and during the second act, where it’s all about fashion, I think that’s where we really have it good. It’s a lot of 2 second disappearing acts where she has to come out in something completely different and to make that possible we had to create some dresses specifically for Kills that rip off really easily yet are really elegant and sheek. Her make-up also switches up a lot through the show. Sometimes, she would have heavier make up on and I particularly like the mellow act where she dies the make-up down and just looks really elegant. She has flawless skin.
**Shots of Natalia dancing on stage flashes across the screen**
2 of Natalia’s dancers: “Hello we are Hulio and Robbie and we are 2 of Natalia’s backup dancers on tour. There are 16 of us…dancers! 8 boys and 8 girls and the choreography is truly amazing. It’s really tasking yet really fun especially during the second act, that’s the fashion act and the sex act, that’s the fifth act I think. The whole choreography of the show is based heavily on sexuality and power and Natalia is very particular about how we look and how we carry ourselves on stage. It’s a really powerful show. I love working with Natalia so much.”
**Shots of video content, fans on lines, and Natalia walking to stage flash through**
Natalia: “Well thanks for coming to have a behind the scenes look at my show VEVO. I hope to see all of you watching here with us one of these nights…come out and have fun! BYE!!!”
**Shot of Natalia disappearing in a gust of smoke appears on screen. The Definition of Bad is also displayed with links to purchase**

Quick question, how would releasing an album with two discs (each about 15 tracks in length) work? Would it cost twice as much as a regular album? Would it cost the same as a deluxe edition? Thanks.

I think we'll definitely do the Grammys. I'm not sure about the Superbowl, but we most likely will, cuz if we don't, people will get messy and start trying to do it themselves.

I'm going to do some changes to the way deluxe/standard releases work-- if you choose to release a deluxe version, you can list it as being released both as a deluxe and standard (but it'll only cost the charge of a deluxe album rather than paying for both).
But for your own question, it depends. If you want the second disc to be available as a deluxe-only thing, then it'll count as a deluxe album and will be charged as so. If both discs are available for a standard album, with deluxe tracks separate, then it'll be charged as so.
But since you said each disc is 15 tracks, I might have to add another couple points onto that just for the length itself; I'll make things more official and standard in a bit when I get to fixing this OP so it's easier for me to update dd

Thanks. I haven't sorted out the track lists yet but I was planning on having about 11-15 tracks on each disc. It'd only be the one standard edition, no deluxe tracks. Just the one version that comes with two discs.

What if I made it that album prices depend on the length-- 1 point per track. Would you guys like this idea?
Or maybe 10 point base charge for 12 tracks, then 1 point for each additional track.

BET World Premiere :Jordin Sparks Promotional Single, From A Distance
Length: 3:50
Label: Genesis Entertainment
Artist: Jordin Sparks
Genre: R&B/Soul/Pop
Writers: Jordin Sparks, Kelly Clarkson
Producers: Max Martin
Jordin, who recently was on 106 & Park teased the song. Now its 2015 and it her time to take shots. Jordin Sparks is ready to show her fans that she able to take on her new genre. Jordin is now showing that she have songs on the album that are a bit poppy, but not poppy like "One Step At A Time" and "Battlefield". This route she is heading toward is RnB/Hip-Hop. Jordin previously released a song about a week ago titled "Double Tap" featuring 2 Chainz and herself.
This song is climbing up the iTunes chart. She is surprising us left and right.
From A Distance is not like her lead single 'Double Tap'. It is more close to "No Air" with a spin of "If I Aint Got You" by Alicia Keys. The song does welcome back Jordin's vocals and her bridges. Sparks mentioned that she have been in and out the studio for this track. It is like Old Jordin Sparks met Alicia and new Jordin Sparks to make this. Jordin is ready to take over R&B.
BET Executives took a listen to her song. They said it was amazing and peaceful. They also sensed that Jordin wrote this after breaking up with Jason Derulo. This is probably not the case. Lyrics for the song is being handled and Jordin and her label are trying to publish the official lyrics on Vevo tomorrow evening. Sparks did not cuss on this one or talk about sex or money or the usualy R&B stereotype. It wasnt repetitive like Pop stereotypes either. Kelly Clarkson also appeared on the writing credits. Kelly does not feature in the song but Jordin says that Kelly is releasing a single soon that sample some lyrics from this song
R&B and Pop radios have picked up the songs and even a couple Pop stations. Starbucks,Nike and multiple other sponsors for Jordin are using this song for their commercials. This will mark Jordin's first promotional single. We are unsure if this song will be on Right Here Right Now which will also include her lead single 'Double Tap'
Double Tap and From A Distance is officially available to be purchased on digital outlets

I think I'll do that, then. I still need to redo the op (No shade towards Egle; I just can't work with editing photos as text, so I'll need to... redo it all.) so that I can edit that in.
