Cara Delevingne on 2Day FM

Cara Delevingne is currently in Australia but is set to fly off to Asia for the kick off date of her tour, the Distant World Tour, but has made one last stop before flying all the way to Japan. Cara walked into the 2Day FM studios in AUstralia wearing a blue shirt feminine dress with black flats and golden rings and a necklace. Followed by fans and paparazzi and fans who were screaming outside of the studios, Cara let a few fans in to greet them and give them hugs and sign autographs. Cara Delevingne answered questions concerning multiple topics and agreed to perform an acoustic version of her single 'Honey' to start off the performance.
The performance was simplistic but attracted the listener's attention as Cara's voice sounded dark and sultry with some minimalistic instruments played in the background. The studio version of the song as played after the performance.
Host: You were amazing Cara! Thank you for coming!
Cara: My Pleasure, I'm just happy to perform for you guys.
Host: Honey is your brand new single, and you just released a remix for it, which features Azealia Banks, tell us about working with her!
Cara: Well not only me but my label as well wanted me to work with her. She has been growing and kept on making some amazing music and visuals and 'Honey' was perfect for her as it combined Urban with some electronic like beats which is what she is all about. My manager managed to reach her and we met the following day in New York we both had hectic schedules but she was very nice. We got into the studio within minutes and worked on the remix. A few days later it was recorded, mixed and polished and was ready for release.

Host: Your album features a lot of urban songs as well as a few pop songs. WHat's your favorite out of the urban ones and your favorite out of the pop songs?
Cara: Honey for Urban closely followed by Fall Out (which features Jay-Z) and La Belle and maybe Kiss To My heart or Distant Horizon for pop.

Host: Tell us about your tour, it's kicking off tomorrow!
Cara: Yeah it's so exciting! We've been preparing and practicing for it for weeks now. It's starting in Asia, in Tokyo actually but we will be in Australia again soon, don't worry! I'm excited to tour the world again.
Host: Also your fans did an amazing flash mob dedicated to your music in New York City which is gathering millions of views, the video went viral minutes after it was posted, isn't it amazing?
Cara: Oh yeah, I love how even them as they aren't really professional dancers were able to come up with, help and dance all those moves. They are very dedicated.

Jimmy: isn’t it shocking how we have actually never met before?
Natalia: I mean, tell me about it! I’m such a big fan of yours-

Natalia: Exactly! Well, I’m here finally…what do you want to discuss?
Jimmy: I want us to talk as friends but for that to be possible, you have to get all your promo stuff out of the way so let a rip!!
Natalia: Okay! So my single “Coven de Couture” written by myself and produced by my awesome friend Jeff Bhasker is out! It’s currently sold anywhere you buy music….that’s Itunes, Google Play, Amazon…all that and also, my brand new sophomore album “The Definition of Bad” is also out now. It has what? 21 songs? If you buy the Walmart Edition. Otherwise, there are just 3 less tracks on the deluxe and 5 less in the standard edition. It’s a really beautiful album, I highly recommend it! Uhmmmmm, also, my world tour titled “The Definition of Bad World Tour” is currently underway. Tickets are released every week so make sure you get your seat booked and ready for a show of your lifetime. We play 27 songs, it’s a 2 hour, 15 minute long show and it’s just really high energy and a lot of fun! Ya, I think that covers it…oh! Natalia: Uhmmm, I didn’t really used to be into any TV shows or anything like that, I watched movies! Like 70s, 60s, movies…mostly silent movies and that’s what I would enjoy.
Jimmy: So I’m guessing you don’t go the cinemas a lot then, cuz I know they’re not showing any silent movies there!
Natalia: I mean, this was back then, before I met VDK! Ever since I met VDK, I mean it’s been a completely different story! He introduced me to this show called Revenge and now I’m addicted to it! It is sooo ****ing good! I mean, just such an amazing show!! I also watch Scandal, Once Upon A Time, 2 Broke Girls, The Big Bang Theory…I watch a lot of shows now!
Jimmy: You have VDK to thank a big deal then cuz what was your life??
Natalia: I know, I know!! **laughs**
Jimmy: Okay favorite songs and singers other than yourself at the moment?
Natalia: I’m completely in love with Heartbreak by Ariana Grande! Gosh, it’s just such a good song. I also listen to Taylor Swift, uhmmm, Christina Aguilera, Cara DeLevigne….I mean, the industry is packed with so much talent right now….Cher Lloyd, Miley Cyrus…it’s a really exciting time to be in music!

THE PERFORMANCE!
Natalia stepped out to her mic stand and started to sway slowly in time with the acoustic guitar sound of “Eyes Shut”, she begins to swoon the lyrics to the chorus of the song and immediately follows it with “Whirlwind” acoustic. The entire medley lasts about a minute and then Natalia immediately kicks into Coven de Couture which she then performs in full, clapping her hands, shaking her hips and generally having fun on stage!

Jordin Sparks REVIVES 106 & Park (Special) Part 1
Just in case you don't know what 106 & Park is,its an American hip hop and R&B music video show set up in a countdown format, that was broadcast-ed every week. The series aired its final episode on December 19, 2014. This Video Countdown show is a bit exclusive to R&B and Hip-Hop singers and it have been a while since an episode has been aired. The show is reviving for an 1 hour special with Jordin Sparks. Bow Wow is hosting and Jordin is co-hosting/ being a special guest.
Jordin is an American singer, songwriter,actress and model. In 2007, she claimed her spot in the industry by winning the 6th season of American Idol at 17. In that same year she shot out with her self titled album. Releasing 3 top-ten singles and making it one of her best selling albums. In 2009 she came out with her second album Battlefield and released 2 singles. One "Battlefield" a top ten pop song and the other a club hit reaching #1 on the BB club charts "S.O.S". Now Sparks is geared up for her 2015 release of her album "Right Here,Right Now" Her first single from the album is called 'Double Tap' with the help of the rapper 2 Chainz. It sold 180k+ on its first week out. The music video for it was recently released and is receiving mixed reviews. With Sparks pulling a huge change in sounds since Battlefield (09) a 6 year difference she sat down with Shad Moss (Bow Wow) and explained every process and sounds she recorded between 2009 to 2015.

Jordin: maybe a duet from Kelly Clarkson and I. Since we are on the same label so why not?

Jordin: I would love to. So the concept of the video is that I'm on the beach and I see my Ex. At the very beginning of the video a shot of my phone showed a text saying " i miss you <3" from him. My friends and I are watch him and sees that he is on my page constantly and also on another girls Instagram as well. SO he have to let me know that he wont Double Tap that hoe.
Shad: Now the club scenes?
Jordin: Those were the scenes when I was doing my thing trying to actually see if he still wanted me. By the end of the video he posted" I wont double tap these hoes" to instagram.
Shad: Amazing. Actually I feel like this song is gonna impact a damn lot of Ex's and couples. To say its from you is a shocker to. Speak of the struggles and **** you had to go through from 2009 to now
Jordin: Okay I'm just gonna start when we planned Battlefield. On Battlefield, I wanted Walking on snow to be a single and the label chose S.O.S even after SOS they bs'd my third single and released it to the UK. Now I love my UK fans but Dont Let it go to Your Head was not a good choice. Many of the material on the album was better.
Shad: You even had some R&B track on there. Like Watch You Go and It Takes more
Jordin: Right ! That couldve made my R&B transition much easier. Now in 2010 I started to record for my first version of my Third album. Still pop, but more personal. Then my label group infused with RCA and I went there. Now this is when hell breaks loose! In 2011 I was supposed to have my lead single out for my third album. It never happened. It was an EDM track titled "Is This Love" it leaked in 2013. They released a promotional single titled "I Am Woman" an upbeat track, urban ladies anthem but they had no promotion except the American Idol performance. it peaked at #82 on BillBoards. 2012 My second version of my third album was supposed to be released then it got scrapped because RCA claimed that I was busy filiming. 2013 my lead single for my third version of the album was "Before It Breaks" but it turned into a buzz single "Skipping A Beat"
Shad: Now that was the song featuring Jason.
Jordin: Yep, Kind of happy I didnt release it. I found a new label. Gensis Entertainment and they are backing me up 100%. I managed to keep some material from the things I recorded with RCA. Only the good things
Shad: I heard you wrote The Way and it was snatched from you and given to Ariana.
Jordin: yeah but Its alright

NATALIA KILLS’ TV RUNS: GLEE COVERS NATALIA KILLS’ “COVEN de COUTURE” + NATALIA CAMEOS IN 2 BROKE GIRLS.

The Show:
The episode revolved around some Blaine and Kurt drama ala normal. Santana proposes to Brittany and Rachel is some place being a mess as she always is. Anyway, the cover of Coven de Couture came when Brittany, Santana, and Quinn go the fashion department of McKinley High School to recruit some new students for their glee club, The One Directions. They make their way into the classroom and as per usual, there’s some blonde rich girl that’s tryna be sassy and is tryna blow them off and as per usual, Santana is not having it so of course she has to burst out into a song. They sing the song while throwing fabric around, magically appearing on a runway, and just generally perform it in a Glee-sized mess way. P.S, the girls still didn’t join their glee club, the New Dimensions.
Natalia has been talking about returning to acting for sometime but due to her busy schedule which includes a tour, a single to promote, an album to promote, and all that kind of stuff…it’s been hard for her to get a proper lead role in any movie. Natalia spoke to VDK about her wishes to act and so they compromised and VDK gave her the option to pick any show of her choice she would like to appear in. Natalia picked 2 Broke Girls because of its comical nature and because she is a huge fan of the show and VDK Records spoke Warner Bros Studios and made it happen. The plot of Natalia’s episode.
In order for their business to grow and to get more promotion for Max’s Homemade Cupcakes, Max’s cupcake business, the girls (Max and Caroline) decide to do another grand opening at their Williamsburg shop. They begin to fish for ideas and after throwing a lot of names under the bus of course with whimsical insults and comedic jabs, they both finally agree on Natalia Kills. They begin to find a way to book Natalia Kills, Natalia being a very busy woman and after a lot of 2 Broke Girls-y dilemmas and pitstops, they finally get to meet Natalia and get her to play. Natalia has a little talking part and she executes it really professionally. She then gets on stage to perform Coven de Couture and the show ends after Kills hugs the girls and they begin to jump happily.

Btw y'all, since Egle is no longer host and CALMAs would most probably not be happening anymore, I was thinking I could host an award show...the People's Choice Awards. I already have all the things ready apart from full list of nominations and all that but in regards to planning and how it will all go down, I have it covered.

Tove Lo is an amazing singer-songwriter and she is the latest addition to the VDK Records family. Jordin Sparks ,25 recently released her lead single 'Double Tap' from her album "Right Here, Right Now" Which is to be released this year. Sparks have been through it all in 2014. Now She is back and ready to handle her business with her new label Genesis Entertainment. Jordin Sparks also have a surprise tonight for her fans. She and BET paired up to release something exclusive!

Shad: How hard was it transitioning from this Teeny like pop songs to R&B fun/ crazy songs?
Jordin: Actually not that hard. I always had R&B with me as you can on Jordin Sparks Next To You was attempting the R&B route and In Battlefield, I had more R&B songs. Then I Am Woman and some material from my Sparkle Soundtrack helped me. Not all of my songs were "Teeny" some was personal. NOW ! The song I have for you guys for today will surprise you guys. It's nothing like "Double Tap". It is R&B and kind of like "No Air" but this song is a perfect choice to project my POP to R&B/Urban transition.

KESHA SIGNS NEW CONTRACT WITH JAYBIRD RECORDS
American recording artist Kesha has signed a new recording contract with upcoming indie label Jaybird Records. Currently, Kesha is the label's first signed artist. Just days after Kesha announced that she had come to an agreement with her long-time producer Łukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald to end all legal contracts obliging Kesha to work with him, the announcement was made that Kesha had been snapped up by the new indie label Jaybird.
Kesha remains the sole owner of any and all material that she had recorded from her signing with Kemosabe Records in 2005, up until her departure from the label in 2015. Will this be a good move for Kesha? Only time will tell...

Well, Egle hasn't sent me his base formula yet. Since he will be playing, I will make some changes to the formula so things aren't biased in his favor, so I have no clue if they have bonuses or not this season.
