The thread title is misleading. It makes it seem like a secured network/domain hosted by US Central Command got hacked rather than just a twitter.

Twitter was just the symptom

Having the addresses and family member info of military members means that they hacked into the internal system

And for those acting like it's impossible, the Chinese have been doing this for YEARS
