Just months after releasing a comeback album with her reality show girl group Danity Kane, Dawn Richard reemerges with another solo set, BlackHeart, out on January 15.
Yahoo Music is excited to premiere one of the tracks, “Castles,” a hopeful booming ballad about giving love her best shot. On the chorus she sings, “Cause we building castles / Castles in the sand / … Please don’t let it fall.” Dawn has proven her chops as a solid solo artist and songwriter.
