So its my new years resolution to get back into the gym. I haven't been in 2 months because I've been lazy. I don't have a bad body, Im 5,11 155-160 pounds and athletic frame. I do however want to tone up more and have my abs pop up more.

*What gym do you go too?
*How many times a week do you workout?
What body part of yours needs the most work?
Working out right now. Just did 2300 strides on the incline while texting and eating a bag of fruit snacks I work out almost everyday. Not all the time though
Depends on season. Summer I'm closer to 5-6 days of (usually long distance) cardio and 4 days of core. Winter is my hibernation period; I'm only doing like 2-3 days of moderate cardio and core.
