I have Windows that looks almost like a Mac desktop with a dock, launchpad and finderbar.
I like the interface of OS X but I don't want a Mac as I can do so much more with Windows.

Yo, these have me DYING.
I have a Mac, so it's the last one and #5, the left is too mainstream one. Been a victim of many of the others back in my struggle Windows days though.
except it's a bit more organized than that sample
