When people critisize islam they are blaimed for being racist although islam is a religion and not a race, and they criticize a religion, a certain idiology, and not a group of people.
If people criticize islam that doesn't mean they have anything against muslim people.
When people criticize christianity or judaism they aren't called christophobic or judaphobic...

Yes it can and it should, just like every religion and government institution. It is not okay to make offensive and false generalizations.

Christophobic and judaphobic are not words. You are thinking of antisemitism.

And Christianity gets judged often. But the same can't be said about Islam. Maybe it's because of attitudes. When people judge Judaism and Christianity there's a more open debate and a wider audience. However Islam doesn't have such, and often times the critiques are not fair or warranted.

The thing is a messy issue, that has to be done right or there will be bigger retaliation. Every religion should be critiqued whether positively or negatively.

Sadly lots of people are unable to separate islamophobia and legitimate criticism, many people have knee-jerk reactions to what should be an open discussion. I was warned not too long ago for pointing out that Muhammad raped a child - events depicted in the Quran. It is far easier to brand anything one doesn't like hearing as a vicious bigoted attack rather than trying to counter it with reasoned discussion and sadly this kind of victim complex is not symptomatic of only Islam. Religious people in general very often feel attacked or even oppressed unnecessarily (see right-wing Christians in America referring to the "big gay"). The problem is exacerbated in the case of islam because:

(a) You DO get genuinely bigoted people who are just plain islamophobic. For example where a rational person might say "Islam has a greater problem with extremism than other religions in the UK" an islamophobe might say "They're all ****ing terroists, send em back to where they came" etc. This confuses people and in a well-intentioned effort to not seem bigoted many people throw unwarranted accusations of islamophobia around slapdash.

(b) As reactions to people criticising or satirising Islam tend to be more aggressive than for other religions, many people will self-censor and not express what they would be more likely to express about, say, Christianity.

Of COURSE it can be and it SHOULD be, just like every other organized religion. The claims that Islam cannot be criticised or made fun of because, in the Western world, there exists prejudice against it is absolutely ridiculous. Of course saying something like "all Muslims are terrorists and potential suicide bombers" is unacceptable, but poking fun at backwards, Medieval notions of gender and sexuality? Poking fun of zealous, murderous rage at the mere depiction of Mohammed and the whole fanatical mentality that follows attitudes like that? Those things have NO place in a civilized world and should be dismantled and attacked.
