First of all just know you're not alone
I've been dealing with hair loss too. I suggest you visit a dermatologist, they will probably prescribe you Regaine, which is a widely known treatment for hair loss. They probably are not going to want to set the bar too high and tell you you'll get your hair back, but mine told me with Regaine there's a pretty big chance. And hey, there's always hair transplant.
I know it kinda seems bad and embarrassing to lose hair, but there are solutions.

Hair loss is typically a genetic/aging ordeal and is kinda unavoidable. Contrary to popular belief, it can start as early as your late teens. In rare cases it can be attributed to a thyroid issue or poor diet.
Start by drinking lots and lots of water. Just like your skin, your hair needs lots of moisture and will be more resistant to breakage and falling if it's healthy and strong. Minoxidil is a hair regrowth treatment sold at any drug store and can help to slow down some of the loss. Castor oil, when diluted with another carrier oil, is a natural alternative to Minoxidil and nourishes your hair follicles. Switch to a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner that works with your hair type. Sulfates (among other compounds) are found in most conventional shampoos and conditioners and strip your hair of its natural oils and leave it very brittle. These products typically contain silicones, which help give the illusion of smooth and healthy hair despite the sulfates' drying effect. I LOVE the Pura D'or Hair Loss prevention system. It can be a bit drying due to its blend of hair loss fighting essential oils, but I try to use other oils from time to time for deep conditioning.
It took me a while to find a routine that works for me but after playing around with various products, I think I finally have. Remember, if it's a genetic predisposition you won't be able to prevent the hair loss altogether, but you can at least slow it down and make it more bearable. Good luck!

Mix 1 part castor oil and 2 parts any carrier oil (olive oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil, etc.) into a bottle. The best kind of bottle to use is a hair dye application bottle with a long nozzle that can reach right down to your scalp (a plain pipette/eyedropper would also suffice). Apply a thin layer of the mixture to your hairline, crown, bald spots, etc. It helps to massage it in for a while to stimulate your scalp a bit. If you wanna go the extra mile, you can add peppermint/lavender/rosemary essential oils to the mixture as they've all been used in hair regrowth.

Do whatever Adam Levine did. He was losing his hair and now it's rock solid.

Figure out what works best for you. Some people like to have it on for
30 mins or 1 hour and then shower, while others like to leave it on overnight.

My dad uses a homemade treatment that consists of castor oil, olive oil and 2 eggs and it works for him. You could try that.

Sadly, I suffer the polar opposite. I have to much hair, and while that sounds good, if I don't get it thinned out to the extreme once a month, I literally start sweating all the time. There's literally too much
Meanwhile, my brother is 10 and he loses hair very easily. It's kinda scary since my Dad had very thin hair at a young age.

Harry's hairline has been receding for a couple years now. Thank goodness I have too much hair on my head.

Even hair loss caused by genetics can be cured, just go to the dermatologist
