It's a funny/cute movie with a lot of great lines, I was obsessed with it in 2004/2005 when it came out. But there's no denying the internet has destroyed it

No, it's an amazing comedy that was perfect for our generation.
Sadly, every single line from the movie has been overused and run to the ground by the internet, and lately even the mainstream media.

Um, no, Mean Girls is pretty much the best teen movie ever. I watch it several times a years, and I just can't get tired of it
It's iconic and is/will stay remembered

It's generational. It's kinda of like how the newer generations don't find Clueless funny.
I like Mean Girls much better than Clueless, though. It really is the perfect movie and I say that as someone who dislikes comedies.
