In 2012 alone there were 18 deaths (one of which was a 9 year old Tajik girl who was stabbed to death in St.Petersburg) and over 200 violent attacks on minorities in Russia. I am sure the numbers are actually higher than that considering many of these crimes go unreported because the Russian police generally don't give a sh*t when it comes to racism. I think you are being quite rude to the victims of racial attacks in Russia by trying to downplay the levels of violence and discrimination that they are facing. And second of all, the difference between the KKK and the Westboro Church is that most Americans don't support them. Being a part of these groups is not something that is encouraged among society. They are a very small minority. Unlike Nationalists in Russia which thousands of people support because their numbers are increasing every single year.

What's your source for your claim on the high rates of neo-Nazism in Russia? Because I doubt it's unbias due to your position. Ukraine, France, and the UK also have high rates of Neo-Nazism (and French police dgaf about attacks on Jewish people).
And, also from BBC:
"A court in Moscow has sentenced five members of a neo-Nazi gang to life in prison for the racially motivated murders of 27 people.
Several other members of the outlawed Nationalist Socialist Society were also found guilty – including one woman – and given jail terms of up to 23 years.
The gang targeted Muslims and dark-skinned migrants during 2007-8."

So I guess Russia does care about neo-Nazis, unlike the UK (which hid the fact that neo-Nazi loyalists attacked Scottish people voting for independence, and refuses to protest the BNP)
