4 will always be special to me because it's what made me a stan. I hate when people trash it because it didn't produce a smash. Like, it was so special and she was so raw vocally and emotionally on that album. Amazing.

When the first trailer has the CiL remix in I was hoping she'd pull a Lorde and curate the soundtrack and be on like half of the songs. It's whatever though.

I will never understand that Grammy "Drunk In Love" performance... I have no idea why she didn't sing it live either. It was probably her worst award performance since Ave Maria at the BET Awards or Sweet Dreams at the EMAs.

It really frustrates me that her best Grammy performances were from her debut album when she was still finding herself as a performer. I think "If I Were A Boy" was incredible but was kind of as pointless as her performing "XO" at this year's Grammy's.

If I Were a Boy is one of her most impressive performances ever. I honestly watch it all the time. It was insane. I hope she delivers the same kind of performance this year.

The Drunk Grammy performance was a bit sad though.

It was, TBH, her most flawlessly executed performance after the 2014 VMAs in terms of just pure precision. However, I think I would have appreciated it more if it made sense in context to the era. IASF was defined by Halo and Single Ladies, so the performance is just frustrating. In addition, it lacked the Beyonce "it factor" energy that we are used to. There was something missing about it. Also, the Alanis moment worked tremendously on tour, but not at the Grammy's when it should have been all about her.

It's a shame she didn't do the tour version of DIL at the grammys with the dancers and staging. I didn't think she slayed XO at the Brits either. Her best performance this era was VMA's. You could tell she put her all into that performance, unlike the others which seemed to be thrown together.
