Oh I didn't recognize Margot, I LOVED her in Wolf of Wall Street. I'm pleased to see Hollywood is trying to turn her into a big star with the new Will Smith film and Tarzan.
It's looking that way. Did you see it? I think they should have waited until late 2015 to release it.. it's lost so much buzz because of them rushing to finish it and no one getting any screeners. I hope it can at least score some nice nominations when the big day comes, at least.
Yeah, I did. One of the best bio-pics I've seen in a while and it doesn't glorify its subject or MLK which is amazing.
I hope so, too. I didn't think I'd end up liking it like this. At least they sent out to the Academy last month already.
The Wolf of Wall-Street was an excellent movie. I remember people were doubting all of its chances for so long because of all the issues with Scorsese and the distributor. Leo was finally really good - a first in almost a decade.
Ok my job isn't actually at Disney so I don't really know
BUT
My instincts (which are good) and the fact that she got signed onto it and announced after the main cast + not even being listed as being part of the cast on sites like Box Office Mojo tell me she does NOT have a big part
Until the film comes out, we don't know if she has 10 minutes or screentime or an hour. She's not in the main group of 4 (3 heroes and 1 villain), but we don't know how the supporting cast exists within the film itself until reviews/companion novels and whatnot come out.
And Box Office Mojo is just as clueless about the film as the rest of us. That is a sealed-tight set.

I'm not having good luck this season. All of my real faves are being struck down one by one. Do you think Boyhood missing out at one of the guilds + editing at the BAFTAs will hurt it at all? A part of me is starting to feel uneasy..
Wtf was with BAFTAs strange love for The Theory of Everything though? Imitation Game was better (though Eddie Redmayne was better than Benesquash Cucumber).

One of the worst movies ever. So mad it stole The Great Gatsby's star.

I don't think that'll hurt Boyhood at all if it's still going to win the major awards. I'm a little concerned if Birdman's actor support (they make up almost 50% of the Academy) could hurt it, though. But I'd still bet my money on it anyway.
BAFTA going for Theory of Everything isn't a surprise but I completely agere that The Imitation Game was better.
Lupita could just have a ten minute cameo and be a full-fledged main character in the next movie. She could be the next Boba Fett for all we know. What we do know is that she is in it.
