You are misunderstanding me. I am not trying to convince you to like the song, I'm just responding to your claims about Bruno and Mark releasing derivative, repetitive songs and showing no progression in their sound.
I also have my personal opinions and I think TMTC and TOL don't deserve the #1.

I said this in another thread...well not that its bad , but it sounds a bit watered down, even for being "funk". Daft Punk did it and executed it better.

lol, they are different types of funk tracks, that comparison is quite stupid.
lucky, is a disco funk track, uptown funk is funk that originated from the Minneapolis sound ( likes of Prince and Morris Day).
lucky sticks very close to its 70's, 80's roots, while uptown has some modernized elements.

The 1,000 Sales would equal 77,500 streams, not 775,000 Streams. Notice Airplay is divided by four digits, while streaming is only divided by three. Not trying to be picky, but I just noticed this as I was trying to put together a projected Top 25 for next week.
