Mert and Marcus would NEVER take such grainy photos, yeah it was photoshopped like all ads but not that much, they def added more shadows to make him look more toned.
The "original" looks like it was taken on a camera phone or something, it's definitely not the original. I don't doubt they photoshopped the image but I highly suspect that this isn't the original.
