So tired of people claiming Katy and Gaga hate each other and calling Katy mean or something. Let me present the facts.

Like...
-Katy called Gaga the next Madonna
-Katy covered BTW
-Katy covered PokerFace
-Katy made the little monsters sign at the GRAMMYs noms
-Katy praised Gaga in Maxim
-Katy praised Gagas fashion at the VMAs
-Katy congratulated Gaga at the
EMAs
-Katy bought ARTPOP and stanned for Venus

Just because Katy has intentionally or unintentionally shaded Gaga in the past doesn't make all of this praise mean nothing.

The feud started one-sided regardless of the Alejandro tweet and Gaga basically shading her for IKAG. Now it's two sided, if you can't see that, then it's your problem.

Yes I don't think there's a feud but I really cringed at that tweet by Gaga, it was so tryhard and awkward no offence especially in hindsight after applause was released the same week,

But I do agree they don't hate each other, at least not as much as Monsters-Kats hate each other. Didn't Katy clock a radio interviewer who tried to shade Gaga in front of her? That was cute

I would go on to say that they are probably friendly in real life but ofc both Katy and Gaga are very connected to their stanbase and it can be pressuring when you see so much hate for another artist coming from your own stanbase. Gagas been rather cold to Katy lately, I blame the monsters tbh.

But they def used to like each other a lot I think. Now they're just meh. Still no feud tho.

I mean I think its pretty obvious. They both shaded each other prior to that tweet Gaga posted last year (Gaga shaded IKAG in 2008 and Katy shaded the Alejandro video in 2011) but overall they seemed supportive of each other for the most part. Gaga defended Katy after the cultural appropriation controversy and Katy clocked the radio host who shaded Artpop's floppage. As of right now I don't think either of them really care about each other.

I think they are at a like/dislike relationship
