I don't think Walking on Air was ever officially a single here, Dark Horse pretty much ended up being the second single because radio kept playing it and it charted really well, then Unconditionally was featured on some tv ad so it stayed around earlier in the year. But yeah like other promo singles it only charted on the digital songs chart (for like over 30 weeks) so that's the main reasoning for it
