Besides, isn't the Christmas concerts are supposed to be an annual thing? The article says she would be put in action before the 2015 Holidays so if this is happening, then I am certain Mariah will not be able to do it because of the deal. If it is true, it would be a bad idea because the Christmas concerts were the best thing to happen to Mariah in the recent few years and I believe it will greatly benefit her if it was to be annual.

So unless the deal is very flexible and permits Mariah to promote her material on TV occasionally and perform at the Christmas concerts in NYC, I would not want this, tbh.

I think after recent events, it would be the smarter choice for Mariah to go to Vegas.

As for promo, it's not like she's been doing any this past year.

You make a good point. I guess I'm just afraid after the disastrous year 2014 was for Mariah. I just want everything in 2015 to go perfectly for Mariah because she truly deserves it. Hopefully the Vegas deal will be a fantastic experience for her and still gives her the opportunity to continue the Christmas concerts in NYC if that is still planned to be an annual thing.

From what I'm seeing, it seems like Mariah is going to probably be performing the whole year in different places, trying to reconnect with the fans and I think since Vegas is a tourist attraction, it'll give her an even bigger opportunity to do so, which is good.
