Well that's the only source that can gives us realistic worldwide numbers! but when you estimate and use ACTUAL numbers you'll see they are usually off by ~200k-300k but it really depends on the album and where it sells.
Teenage Dream:
North America: 3.3 million
Europe: 2.2 million (It sold 1.2m in the UK alone)
Central & South Americas: 0.4 million
Oceania: 0.4 million (5xplatinum in Australia and triple in New Zealand)
Asia: 0.2 million (150k in Japan alone)
= 6.5 million
Most realistic #s because of the known sales + certifications.
its ok im not worried bout her sales I know she will smash with her third album! coming for that 3 million selling album on her third album! queen!
Just add some extra then to my total. Not me underestimating my queens stats.
