Minus, photobucket and tinypic are the pits on mobile + pics/gifs from minus are a special kind of **** so i can't save them

Yea, I thought my internet was hella slow at loading gifs because my avi wasn't working but then noticed that none of my other uploads were playing.

Queen Imgur >>> it recently (idk how recently) boosted the max file size to 50 MB. I think minus' was bigger (or non-existent?), but 50 MB should definitely suffice for most high-quality gifs, especially avatars.
