I don't think she got surgery either and I don't even like Kylie.
Sometimes you see Kylie being featured in Kendall's vines or paparazzi videos and her lips look thin. You guys are acting like her family aren't multi-millionaires. I'm pretty sure she can hire the best make up artist in LA + the best make up products.
That has to be the worst Cosmopolitan cover ever. Kylie is really terribly built I'm glad she didn't have plastic surgery, she looks better with her natural lips. Blatantly fake things are just not cute.
People are so obsessed with talking about her getting her lips done when even the most amateur, poorly-sighted eye can see it's just lipstick and liner. I'm not a big fan of these worthless girls and their undeserved fame, but there's no need to make-up blatant lies about their activities to drive your pathetic tabloid rag.
