Kudos to Mariah but I would not want her to do this. I feel like she will become officially irrelevant or a novelty act like all other Vegas acts thus far.

Also, Britney became unable to promote or perform her material outside of Vegas so I really don't want the same thing to happen to Mariah. No thanks.

Besides, isn't the Christmas concerts are supposed to be an annual thing? The article says she would be put in action before the 2015 Holidays so if this is happening, then I am certain Mariah will not be able to do it because of the deal. If it is true, it would be a bad idea because the Christmas concerts were the best thing to happen to Mariah in the recent few years and I believe it will greatly benefit her if it was to be annual.

So unless the deal is very flexible and permits Mariah to promote her material on TV occasionally and perform at the Christmas concerts in NYC, I would not want this, tbh.
