No, it didn't get taken down, it was however the most viewed back then.

Most of the most viewed videos that got moved to VEVO accounts didn't lose their views. (GF and Rih's DSTM for example preserved theirs)

Umbrella suffered the most by the way... It had around 100m views I remember, then it got deleted for some reason, (a lot) later was re-uploaded and it got like 30m, and then VEVO appeared...

It could've had 300m views today...
