Using third party tools like Twitterfall to check the service, lots of users are complaining that their timelines are not updating right now. Users can send tweets to the service, but they’re coming in for other’s very slowly.

Twitter’s status site reports no problems right now, but no new tweets have appeared for us for around 10 minutes. We’ve contacted Twitter for comment.
