-Its simple. You have to write "I capture you (insert name here)" to the member above.
-But be fast or else someone can capture your favorite PokeATRLer before you and you'll end up capturing a PokeATRLer you didnt want.
-Once you capture a PokeATRLer you add them to your Pokedex.
-You choose which PokeATRLer you use for battle hwne you capture the next member ex: "Pandora30012 Attack ks_dollar! I just caught a ks_dollar!"
-This in turn levels up your PokeATRLer who battled and you add a level on them (+1 level)

You want your Pokedex to be flawless and complete so make sure you capture as many PokeATRLers as possible!
