MC Hammer is to star in his own reality TV show titled 'Hammertime' it has emerged.
The novelty rapper - best known for his hit single 'U Can't Touch This' - is teaming up with US network A&E for the series, which will follow his day-to-day life.
'Hammertime' will include MC Hammer (real name Stanley Burrell), as well as his wife, five children and two nephews, who live together in California.
"You're going to see an American family in the current environment of America," the Mirror quotes Burrell saying.
"College. High school. Junior high school. All the things that come along with family in day-to-day life, with the caveat that their dad is also a world-renowned recording artist."
"I'm a 2010 dad. I'm a real techy. I'm a geek on that side," MC Hammer continued.
"This is a dad who is connected beyond any kid's wildest dreams when it comes down to the places they'd like to navigate on the internet."
