Cashmere Bedsheets
Becky G
From "Becky Gsus"
Cashmere Bedhseets, the first single from Becky G's new album "Becky Gsus", is a track that many might not have expected from the global star. The song is a ballad about having a sugar daddy, and because of this sugar daddy you're living the high life. But things aren't great in the relationship, and things will definitely be changing soon. Becky knows that this may be her last night in her sugar daddy's cashmere bedsheets, and tries to cherish the memory of it. The track was produced by Dr. Luke, a producer Becky works almost exclusively with.

NATALIA HOSTS THE PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARDS + PERFORMS “COVEN de COUTURE”
683 words

Natalia Kills has been all over the States with the promotion of her new album, “The Definition of Bad”. With all of the noise she has been making for herself and all of the new fans and audiences she has been gathering, the executive producers of the 2015 People’s Choice Awards picked her to host and perform for this year’s “People’s Choice Awards”. Natalia looked elegant and remained funny, lively, and entertaining throughout the evening. A rundown of what happened:
Guiliana Rancic from the Red Carpet: It’s the People’s Choice Awards and it is star studded. Right now we have the stars all piling up one by one. It’s really high energy, really exciting. Here is our first guest and our host of the evening, Miss Natalia Kills. Natalia, you look amazing, who are you wearing?
Natalia: Thank you Guiliana, you look amazing yourself. Well, I’m wearing Natalia Kills head to toe. You know I partnered with Steal Her Style to create my own fashion line and I’m wearing, well, myself, this evening.
Guiliana: You look gorgeous darling. What are your thoughts on hosting such a big event?
Natalia: To be honest, I am beyond terrified. There’s so many people coming out tonight and although most of the people coming out are my friends, it’s still hard to not have cold feet and just be nervous for something like this. It’s a really big deal. But don’t worry, we did some rehearsals last night and I think I’m ready. I think I’m ready to host the evening
Guiliana: And you will be performing as well?
Natalia: Yeah!
Guiliana: What can you tell us about that?
Natalia: Well of course I will be performing Coven, that’s no secret but I will be performing it with a few surprises and some touch ups.
Guiliana: Will we be getting the witch vibe from the song?
Natalia: I can’t give out much, all I can say is that I will be opening and you all should just wait to be charmed.
Guiliana: Who are you excited to see take the stage this evening?
Natalia: Uhmmm, I heard that Gwen Stefani would be doing something. I’m a really huge fan of hers and I just can’t wait to see what she has planned.
Guiliana: Well, thank you for your time Natalia.
THE SHOW
Natalia steps out in a black jumpsuit with stilettos. Her hair is pulled back giving her that classy and elegant look. She says hi to everybody and begins her monologue. Throughout her monologue the audience stayed laughing and clapping and cheering. At other points in the show, she went into the crowd to talk to some of the stars personally and they played different fun games and generally had a really good time.
The Performance.
Natalia opened the People’s Choice Awards. For her performance, smoke filled the stage. As smoke continued to fill the stage, howls were heard over the speakers. Immediately, after the howl, a drummer band all dressed up like zombies came out to begin playing the heavy instrumental that begins the song. As they played, they formed a circle around the stage and immediately they completed the circle, they stopped. Whispers and bird calls and night sounds where heard in the silence and it just all sounded really occultic. Natalia began to emerge from the circle the boys had formed and as soon as she got to the top, it was revealed that she wore a sheer grey gown torn at the bottom. The outfit was reminiscent of the 5th outfit on Natalia’s single cover of the single. Natalia then left the circle and went to the standing mic where she began to sing the RnB chorus of the single. She sang the verse and then snatched the microphone and began to strut around the stage and dance for the remainder of the verses. She did her normal costume change and then finished her performance with confetti. The screen shows Natalia’s sophomore album and screen after the performance is completely finished.

TAYLOR SWIFT X NHK SONGS
Taylor Swift made her way to Japan after three long days of promotion in the cities of New York City and London, both of which she did hefty and heavy promotion in. Both cities, she’s based in, after buying a twenty five million dollar home slash mansion on the outside of London in a rural area just a few miles outside the city of London. The singer-songwriter released her first ever greatest hits album entitled ‘Yours: The Greatest Hits' earlier this week which is the project she’s currently traveling the globe to promote. “The album campaign is going to be probably one of or really my biggest to date. I’ve wanted to make this era one of my biggest because the fans have really gave their all to the past albums I’ve released. I’ve gotten my last albums out so fast so I think it’d be best to really make this one last as long as I can. Plus, it has some of my best material anyway so.”
Taylor would arrive for a second time in Japan this month at the airport in Tokyo, wearing a cute little outfit that really fit her figure, making her serve a classy chic like tea. She would walk out the airport at about eleven evening time where she would be greeted once again by over one hundred fans waiting in line to greet the singer. Taylor would sign autographs and take pictures with fans before hastily leaving the airport and heading to her hotel where she would stay and get dressed to head to NHK studios where she would perform multiple songs on the NHK Songs program where she visited last week to perform her brand new song ‘Style’ along with some other tracks.
Taylor would arrive at NHK studios in a cute little purple dress that matched her purple heels. She would sign a few autographs and take pictures with the fans outside the studio before heading inside to where she would give an interview and would perform songs like ‘Style’ along with promotional singles like ‘Lipstick on His Collar’, ‘Harvard Smiles’, and exclusive performances of songs like ‘Nylon’ and an exclusive performance of her cover of Fleetwood Mac’s ‘Seven Wonders’. All of which got an amazing reception from the audience and viewers who were watching the program all around the world.
Before performing the first song of her set, Taylor would give a short interview before beginning the interview. The first question asked was that about her reaction of her song going number one in Japan. “That’s amazing. I really can’t believe it’s doing so well in such a competitive market, really. Whenever I release it’s usually during a time period where there’s never too much competition or it’s just pretty dead. So it going number one this week really made me pretty excited and happy. There’s no better feeling than knowing your hard work’s finally paid off. It’s one of the best feelings actually.”
The singer-songwriter then performed the songs before changing back into a more casual outfit than she’d been wearing, then leaving NHK studios to go greet the rest of the fans outside. Swift’s greatest hits album is available in Japan exclusively on iTunes and in select stores physically if one looks hard enough. For United States fans, Target exclusively has the album for purchase physically with limited amount of digital copies available on their website .

TAYLOR SWIFT X AN AUDIENCE WITH TAYLOR SWIFT SPECIAL
Taylor Swift’s first ever greatest hits album would see it’s release earlier this week on Saturday where it was met with an amazing commercial and critical reception. Commercially, the album went straight to the top spot on Target’s list of best sellers, dethroning fellow friend Justin Bieber and his greatest hits album, which managed to go gold first week with sales over five hundred thousand copies. There’s been talk if Taylor Swift and her ‘Yours: The Greatest Hits’ album can outsell Bieber’s greatest hits album but many doubt it as Taylor’s album is exclusively only available at Target whereas Bieber’s was available in numerous retailers such as Walmart, Best Buy, iTunes, Target as well, and Amazon.
But from what we’ve heard sales have been strong for Taylor Swift’s first greatest his album as we’re told the singer songwriter has already sold over one hundred thousand copies of the album in it’s first two days of being made available. A spokesperson from Neilsen Soundscan spoke to Billboard about the release (who reported It). “The sales Swift’s managed to pull in just from ‘Yours: The Greatest Hits’ album at Target is nothing short of impressing and astounding. We can report that the album will surely debut with over one hundred thousand copies sold and is likely to become a strong contender for the top spot on next week’s chart. I wouldn’t count Taylor Swift out of the game for breaking sales of five hundred thousand copies either. With the promotional schedule personally designed by Taylor herself along with her record label of two years, Tigerlily Recordings, it appears to be they have goals set for the album that they’re more than likely to release. Keep an eye for Taylor Swift this week, she could surprise many and maybe even herself.”
Critics too lauded the album, saying that Swift’s updated version of her greatest hits was nothing but ‘refreshing, exquisite, and intimacy’. Although there were mostly positive reviews regarding the albums material some critics felt that it was plagued with far too much material and that Swift should’ve just released a whole new album instead of just packaging a new one with an old one. “The amount of new material greatly outweighs the hits that have defined Swift’s career. Despite this, the new material is nothing short of exceptional.” The reviews were considered overall phenomenal and the album has a metacritic score of a 91, making it Swift’s highest and best reviewed album on Metacritic ever.
More critical acclaim would come tonight as Taylor Swift would host and put on her first very live televised concert special since the Coven 13 era. ‘Yours: An Audience with Taylor Swift’ would air on NBC at 8/7 central where Taylor would perform the concert at the Hammerstein Ballroom to a crowd of two thousand people. The setting of the venue featured a small stage that was lit up with beautiful lights. On stage would stand a microphone, a piano, and a guitar in which Taylor would play. Productions would be played throughout the show as well. It was said in promos for the concert that it’d be a one woman show meaning that Taylor would sing and play the arrangements throughout the entire concert.
Swift would start off the concert by walking out of a door that would open on stage, the singer walking over to the piano where she would begin playing her first song of the night, a song from her greatest hits album called ‘Nylon’, a song about empowerment. The setlist would be fifteen songs long and would call for many guest artists to join her such as Zendaya, Justin Bieber, Eric Saade, and even Stevie Nicks who would come out with the singer to perform their song ‘Christian’ together along with Swift’s cover of ‘Seven Wonders’.
The ratings for the show were very high, Taylor drawing in almost ten million viewers averaged throughout the concert. “It’s one of the highest watched programs of the year. It was highly unexpected and we’d only hoped that she’d break the three million mark. Little did we know she’d triple it. We’re more than impressed with the amazing reception.” A spokesman from NBC would say to the press. A rerun of the concert special is also on tonight at 7/8 pm central.
Taylor Swift’s greatest hits album is exclusively only available for purchase from Target stores or on Target.com for physical/digital copies. Make sure to get yours today!

CLARE BOWEN GOOD MORNING AMERICA
Clare arrived on the production of Good Morning America this Monday morning, in order to inform the public of her debut single, “Black Roses”- which had dropped right at midnight. “Black Roses” is the lead single from her upcoming debut album, which is self-titled, set to be released this quarter. She showed up wearing a pale pink-orange dress (like the color of the article title) and simple, cute wrist accessories. She was greeted with kindness by the production team and proceeded to an interview, where over eight million people were tuned in for the show.
ROBIN /// “Good Morning America! This morning, we have young actress and singer, Clare Bowen in-studio with us. You may know her as Scarlett O’Connor on the ABC series Nashville, but she’s going under her true name as she is releasing solo music and proceeding with an album, due quite soon. Hello Clare, nice to see you.”
CLARE /// “Thank you for having me.”
ROBIN /// “So you’ve just released your new single, “Black Roses”, with your record label Revolution Records today. There’s been lots of talk about you branching out into the music industry, and after months- the moment’s finally come. What does that feel like for you?”
CLARE /// “Well I’m just very happy that I was able to get my music released, and that people are continuing to enjoy it.”
ROBIN /// “This release is actually quite a unique one. You did “Black Roses” with Nashville last Spring- so the song’s quite old.”
CLARE /// “Yeah, I performed it many, many times on the show- and I just never got tired of it. Out of everything on the album, it was still one of my favorite songs, and the fans have been pushing for it to go quite big- with a video, lots of radio support- just everything.”
ROBIN /// “Why release it now though, as the lead single?”
CLARE /// “Like I said, it’s one of my favorite songs off the album, and my little fanbase has really been rooting, and almost pressuring me to release it forever!”
ROBIN /// “Why didn’t Lionsgate and Big Machine Records just release it?”
CLARE /// “Well, with Nashville, it’s just a TV series that releases collections of albums and we’ll occasionally perform on TV, and tour- and just lots of things. But they’ve never put out, like, a real single to promote heavy.”
ROBIN /// “So why did you go with Revolution Records? Why not just a solo contract with Big Machine?”
CLARE /// “Revolution Records had approached me first officially. There’s been lots of just, underlying rumors and such about Big Machine signing me, but nothing really happened with that- and Revolution came up first. The CEO expressed a huge interest in me, and he was definitely a fan, and with all the creative freedom I would have- it was the better deal I feel. Especially because I’m so young, and I haven’t really pursued solo music- I didn’t really know exactly what I wanted to do yet. And even with my album, we pushed it back from September to around-now, whereas I don’t really feel like those big, fancy labels would’ve let me take the time to make the album just right.”
ROBIN /// “Why did you delay your album? Was it label issues, creative direction, sales climate- talk to me.”
CLARE /// “It was purely because of the direction of the album. I’ve done loads of songs with Nashville, and definitely wanted to include some of them on my album, but I just felt that I was incorporating too much of Nashville into my project.”
ROBIN /// “So you wanted them to be two completely separate things?”
CLARE /// “Not quite, I mean my music and the music I do on Nashville can have a certain connection, but I wanted… just a distinct line to draw. On the old version of the album, I was putting five Nashville tracks and seven original tracks on the standard; but now, I’m putting four Nashville tracks and ten original tracks on the standard edition. So it was quite a significant shift.”
ROBIN /// “Absolutely. And we’ve just heard you have lots of Nashville folks featured on the album- Sam Palladio, Charles Esten, Connie Britton- can we expect any more collaborations?”
CLARE /// “Not on this album, but I loved working with them so much- the Sam Palladio and Charles Esten collaborations were my favorite Nashville tracks ever, and the Connie Britton one is really special because it’s an Alternate Version of a solo song I have on the album, but with her it sounds amazing.”
ROBIN /// “Now this is pretty funny, because in Nashville Connie plays a label owner who once signed you- but the tables have turned kind of-“
CLARE /// “Not really! I still look up to her, not down at her. She has made some great decisions on this album with me, and has been a massive supporter- I value her input a lot.”
ROBIN /// “Now the two of you, have collaborated with Céline Dion on a track called “Memories” which was a part of her Thanksgiving & Black Friday mixtapes. What was that like?”
CLARE /// “Gosh, Céline Dion is just one of the most talented people I have ever seen in my life. Working with them two- together, was just amazing. It was such a natural experience, and nothing but love went all around for the three of us.”
ROBIN /// “Rumor has it you’ve done some things for Céline’s album and she’s done some for your’s. Can you confirm?”
CLARE /// “Yes. We worked on each other’s albums for a very, very long time now since we were label mates for just months, and months. I’m honestly so grateful to have her talents somewhere in the sounds of my music and she’s done nothing but a great job. People may think she’s trying to be something she’s not, or that she’s just a flat-out lunatic- but Céline’s one of the most caring people I’ve met in the industry. Same with Connie.”
ROBIN /// “So you think people have it wrong about her?”
CLARE /// “Well, I don’t really follow her around in her personal life- but she’s an amazing professional and I’m sure she’s a great wife and mother.”
ROBIN /// “And what have you done for her album?”
CLARE /// “I just co-wrote with her on one song. We did a few together, back-and-forth for each other’s albums… I’m just surprised our song even made the cut. To say that I’m on the new Céline Dion album, that’s something.”
ROBIN /// “It definitely is. But let’s get back to you for a moment. How are you doing personally now? Have things changed much, do you miss your family- what’s changed in your personal life?”
CLARE /// “Even though I’m doing what I love to do, for people who love to feed off it- unfortunately that means a much more cluttered schedule. Between filming and promoting Nashville, to working on and promoting my solo projects… it’s been quite a challenge so far. I still talk with my family every now and then, I actually got to spend some time recording my album in Australia, where lots of ‘em are located- so that was nice. But other than that, I’ve just tried to enjoy my friends, family, and myself, and just live out as much as I can over the last two months before entering this intense schedule. Going out on the road later is definitely going to be a little tough, but I’m excited for it.”
ROBIN /// “So your debut album. Out within the next month or two. Twenty tracks in total. Just what is Clare Bowen going to serve us?”
CLARE /// “Clare… she’s got a lot of great things planned. A lot of my music just roots off of Country and Contemporary music, and branches out- Alternative, Rock, a little bit of Pop, a little bit of Jazz, a little bit of Classical- there’s a mix of lots of sounds in the new album. I tried to do as much as I could. I also got into songwriting, and nurtured that for a long time- so I actually have some songwriting credits and production credits on this album, which is something I’m personally really proud of.”
ROBIN /// “And now that you’re embarking on this journey into the big industry… where do you see yourself drifting towards?”
CLARE /// “I don’t really know. I’m just happy with my little, cute, thoughtful fanbase and I’ll definitely be happy to watch that grow and become a better community of people. As for success I guess… it’s just not on my mind that much as the reception to my music, videos, performances- how that’ll all be.”
ROBIN /// “Okay, well let’s get right to it. Performing her debut single “Black Roses”, it’s Clare Bowen.”
Clare then stood up and made her way to the stage / performance portion of the studio. She had a full band, as she stood in the microphone. Despite her showcasing lots of sad emotions in her Nashville performances of the song, Clare maintained a look of neutrality and beauty while performing the song, looking very gracious and passionate with the performance, in a bright light. Her band played wonderfully, with her presence and vocals being glowing. She received much applause from fans and the crew after her performance. She smiled off, hugging with Robin to cue the commercial break. Later in the day, “Black Roses” skyrocketed into the Top Fifty on the US iTunes charts- entering the Top Three on the Country chart. “Black Roses” is currently available for purchase and streaming.

Barbie Blanks visits David Letterman
534 Words
A day after her American Idol performance, Barbie Blank visited David Letterman to continue promotion for her lead single, Tech Freak. The interview included info on other songs on the album, and many other things.
-Our first guest for is a new rising star in music. She started her career in professional entertainment as a female wrestler in World Wrestling Entertainment, and she is now putting the finishing touches on her new album. Please welcome, the beautiful Barbie Blank.
//Barbie walks out wearing a short white dress and white pumps. Barbie and David hug, and they both walk back to their seats//
-The first thing I want to talk about is your American Idol performance. I mean, everybody is talking about it. How did you put together such a great performance?
Barbie: Well, first of all I was very inspired by Beyonce. She is such a good performer, so I wanted to just channel her for the night. I was also inspired by Madonna and Miley Cyrus. They are both two performers who are not afraid to be shocking and I admire that.
-You’ve also tweeted three photos that people thought contained lyrics, are they lyrics?
Barbie: I’m allowed to say more things now, so I’m allowed to confirm that they are lyrics. The quotes are from songs called Black Short Top, Where Dey At Doe *laughs*, and my favorite song, Warpaint.
-Tell me more about those songs.
Barbie: Well, Black Short Top is a really simple song. I will honestly admit that I think it’s a filler track. It’s cute but not great. Where Dey At Doe is lyrically stupid, but in a fun way. I had a lot of fun recording that song. Warpaint is the best song on the album in my personal opinion. It’s a ballad, but it’s unique. I think the public will agree with that too. I just can’t wait for the album to be released.
-When is it coming out?
Barbie: *laughs* I can’t tell you that. My label said they are working on a date, and that it would be a good week for me to release it. I’m hoping it’s this month, but you never know. It could be tomorrow or next year. It all depends.
-You also said that you have something special to show us as well?
Barbie: I do. *smiles*
-Can I show them now?
Barbie: Yep!
-I really like that cover, you look great in it.
Barbie: Thank you!
Barbie also performed later in the show. She performed Warpaint, then Tech Freak.
-Performing two songs off her currently unreleased album, Pretty Little Reflection, Barbie Blank!
Warpaint performance: Barbie is in a long black dress, and there’s three backup singers behind her. She sings every note to perfection, and makes the audience feel every word. This performance will probably be the highlight of her appearance on the show.
Tech Freak performance: After the break, Barbie is in a new outfit. She is now wearing a pink jumpsuit. Unlike her other performances of Tech Freak, she doesn’t dance, but she does walk around stage so she isn’t just standing still. Her vocals on the normal/album version of the track have clearly improved as well. Everyone in the audience enjoyed Barbie’s performances.

Justin Bieber's VEVO page premiered the new duet version of 'Memphis' today. The duet is with singer, and recent star Vanessa Hudgens. The news of the duet was a surprise to virtually every fan, as the singer made no mention of it except that more surprises were coming this week. The duet is beautiful, and in length is four minutes and forty nine seconds long. The duet was also uploaded to iTunes & Amazon along with the Remix EP. The duet is to be uploaded to other streaming services later throughout the week, and there's no word on whether Justin & Vanessa will actually perform 'Memphis' together. The duet however, is a remodeled version of the song -- it includes a new verse, piano in the instrumental, and a different tone. The duet was premiered in the morning, and announced by Justin on Twitter. Tinashe spoke with E!, and commented 'The duet is something we did a few weeks ago. It was so sensual and amazing, and to me -- I prefer the duet over the original version. It's very sweet and intimate, and the duet to me is one of his best tracks period. If you haven't heard it hop online and give it a listen, you'll love it'. This comes after the music video to 'Memphis' also premiered yesterday, and amassed millions of viewers and went to #1 on YouTube by the end of the day. Last week, Justin released a Rap Remix containing Big Sean & Juicy J on it. This week, the new remix has already amassed more downloads and is receiving more praise. Some radio stations have already picked up the new duet, and so have many fans. As known, Justin Bieber and Vanessa Hudgens are engaged and have been over a year -- the last time they did a track together was 'Last Christmas', although they've been working together since the movie 'Fast times at University' in which they first met and started dating each other. The duet has reached over 1 million views on YouTube, and earlier this morning Vanessa Hudgens posted a quick Instagram post of her singing 'Memphis' directly after the duet premiered. She also talked about the brand new music video saying, 'I hope you guys love the music video too. He put in so much work on it; not to mention the scenes were kick-ass. I'll be working on some movies too, so make sure to take a little look at those while you're watching the acting'. Justin is to go to Australia & Japan to do promotion this week, also Brazil possibly -- so it seems unlikely that they'd perform together, since Vanessa is staying in the US to finish some more roles for upcoming movies. However, the duet is spicy and a new look at the song so we'll be playing it for a long time. Justin tweeted, 'The duet of Memphis is OUT now. Listen to it at iTunes & VEVO, I'm sure you guys will love it'.

Miley Cyrus performs at MTV Movie Awards

Miley Cyrus’ new hot single “D.U.I.” was never out of any person’s mind with all the crazy promo she’s done the past week. She has covered three magazines: Billboard Magazine, Fashion Magazine and Harper’s Bazaar Magazine. She appeared in Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story: Freak Show which is the fourth season of the show and she performed on multiple shows, causing controversy as usual. She was a big name to perform at MTV’s Movie Awards (otherwise known us MMA), and she performed her new single “D.U.I.” with Dev on the stage.
"I'm very excited about this performance especially because I'm performing it at the MTV Movie Awards, which is a film ceremony and I'm performing my own song so I like how two aspects of my career are joined in one place, it's going to be very interesting," Miley says about the performance, "This performance will be strictly art, I want to be, literally artistic, you're going to know what I'm talking about once you see the performance, and I want show my artistic vision of the song and since it's the MTV Movie Awards I though it would be kinda cinematic and hopefully people will like that and respect that." "Miley wants the world to see the artistic side of her, with a little touch of humor into it cause she thinks that nothing needs to be taken completely serious; which is why she adds little dorky moments into the show," Larry Rudolph, The pop singer's manager who manages also American pop singer Britney Spears said.
The performance begins with an instrumental of D.U.I. with sound effects of space ships and stuff, the song then actually begins and when the whispers of "D, U, I," start, pink fire rises from the stage at the same time each letter is spelled and stars fall into the stage. Miley Cyrus comes from under the stage in the center of purple-colored fire ring, the flames stop and Miley Cyrus' actual outfit is revealed. The pop singer's outfit is a knee-long silvery dress that matches the spacey theme of the performance.
Miley Cyrus began dancing to the song and sang the song live with amazing vocals that made the critics rave about them. The performance although did not cause quite the converse aside from that she twerked on aliens and outer space creatures.
Dev comes from a flying spaceship above the performance and sings her part flying above the stage and then comes down when the chorus starts. At the end of the shower, the alien creatures throw balloons filled with colorful powder and liquid, splashing them into her dress and body creating a colorful mess.
When asked about what the color craziness that happened at the end of the performance, Miley said "You'll have to think about that and connect the dots when you see the performance, or you could interoperate it as you'd like, at the end we all come from different beginnings and endings so we have different thoughts on what we see."
Dev said about the performance that "it was a blast, I really had fun and it was cool coming down on the stage like I'm an alien, I kinda always wanted to be an alien so I get to check that out my wishlist [laughs]."
Miley Cyrus’ single ‘D.U.I.’ is out on iTunes right now along with the remix ‘D.U.I. (featuring Dev)’ and the video is available for streaming on Youtube & VEVO.

Justin announced the Big Sean & Juicy J remix last week, and Urban radios followed with V103 premiering and a few more picking it up. This week he also premiered the duet alongside Vanessa Hudgens, to which some Pop stations are picking up. Vanessa Hudgens spoke on the duet to E! saying 'The duet is something we did a few weeks ago. It was so sensual and amazing, and to me -- I prefer the duet over the original version. It's very sweet and intimate, and the duet to me is one of his best tracks period. If you haven't heard it hop online and give it a listen, you'll love it', while Juicy J spoke on his remix with REVOLT saying 'This is one of the hottest tracks of the year. Justin is a ****ing industry force, and his beats, production, and songs altogether always remain cold as ****. He asked me to be on this, and ofcourse I'm gonna be on a JB track. Y'know, being popular, you work with so many people, but there's still some you're just so surprised they wanna work with you. He was definitely one, it wasn't in the surprised way of the music not being similar. It was in the surprised way of an artist who's so big and takes their work so seriously. He's a fun guy, and we really did throw it down on this remix. Check it out if you haven't.' The Remix EP is available on streaming services that only offer premium users such as Beats Music but as far as Spotify, Hyped Records has not yet made the decision to upload it to Spotify. Justin's new Remix EP is his first since 'Crossing Paths' album, when several Remix EP's were commissioned. Justin's new album, 'The Collection & More' containing the original 'Memphis' along with 29 other tracks is also available on iTunes, Amazon, and physical retailers. Justin commented on Instagram saying the new Remix EP was also out, and that the fans should pick it up if they've liked any of the remixes. In addition, Adidas has announced 'Justin's new Remix EP will be available at our stores in physical form!' to further promote the partnership between them. Last week, Adidas started selling shoes in the NEO brand that came with a free-download of 'Memphis' in each paid for by Adidas.

Miley Cyrus on The View

Miley Cyrus' highly anticipated The View episode finally aired and it revealed a lot about the singer, she talked about her life and how it changed, her music and how it developed and her future plans as well.
"We've had you in the show before about maybe six years ago," Rosie O'Donnell told Miley Cyrus, "What did really change?" To which Miley Cyrus replied "Well, everything really. I've grown up, and I'd like to point out that a lot of people say that I have changed a lot, going so far to calling me a hypocrite and that I'm not staying true to myself but what they don't realize that I grew up in front of the public's eyes, so I'm obviously not going to be the same sixteen years old girl, I have changed so much inside and outside and I have understood a lot of things I didn't so they have to realize that I was a kid when they first knew me."
"What changed in your personal and daily life?" Whoopi Goldberg asked the pop singer, who replied "I think I get respected more within my family, which is normal to every one who was a teenager and felt sort of like an outsider, I'm taken very seriously now and I appreciate that." Whoopi asked "and this music you're spoke of, can you tell us how does that reflect to your life?" and Miley replied "Well, it kind of puts me in my place in the industry and defines my position. It shows that I'm an artist, I'm a performer, I'm a songwriter and I'm a singer. I try not to take my performances that serious, I try to have fun all the time but when it comes to music I want to deliver my best."
Rosie Perez asked the singer What does D.U.I. mean to her, and Miley Cyrus said "It expresses my very deep love for music, it shows that I'm fascinated by it. During the process of recording my album I was so into the concept of music, I studied it's history and everything because I was so interested by it, and when I heard the early demo version of D.U.I. I knew I had to record it because it spoke to me so clearly and in such a catchy and enjoyable way for the listeners." "And does that include the songs on the albums?" Rosie Perez asks, to which Miley Cyrus responds "No, not every song is about music itself, the songs were improved by how I understand music and how I had a different vision of the concept this time but the topics of the song varies from breakups to life it self to love and etcetera."
"When you say breakups, what do you mean?" Nicolle Wallace asks the singer. "Well, I've said that I'm going to show a more personal side with this album, I'm going to be more open and speak about things I've never did, I actually think I went too far with how many personal things I've revealed on the album but it's for art," Miley replies. "Too far, like how?" Nicolle Wallace asks. "I think that I have showed a more vulnerable part of my personality, you might think that I was vulnerable with Wrecking Ball but you haven't seen anything yet," Miley says.
Miley Cyrus’ single ‘D.U.I.’ is out on iTunes right now along with the remix ‘D.U.I. (featuring Dev)’ and the video is available for streaming on Youtube & VEVO.

Azealia Saves American Idol

To perform the top three hit Metamorph and continue the second week of promotion, Azealia Banks performed on American Idol today. On American Idol is where she truly delivered a once in a lifetime performance that was sure to shock the weak at heart and intrigue those who are strong within. The appearance on American Idol by Azealia Banks drew ten million viewers, bringing much better views than past episodes and results shows in the past. With a rocky history due to loss of general public's interest, American Idol was written off as a goner and people were expecting its cancellation to be imminent within the next few days. However, one person changed this all. Azealia Banks is that person. She went on the show to perform and FOX was sure to promote it like no other. Posters advertising her appearance on the show were all throughout the world's largest cities, drawing everyone near and far's attention. FOX did good as Azealia revived the show's ratings, boosting them from three million to ten million in only an episode. When asked about the success of Azealia's appearance on the program, the CEO of FOX said the following "Azealia is truly one everyone has their eyes on and we knew that from the beginning. We felt if anyone could save American Idol, it was her."
The performance that "saved American Idol" was highly acclaimed by critics. Both Rolling Stone and Entertainment Weekly put it in their top performances of the week list at number one, NME put it at #2, behind Azealia's performance on The Talk. At the top of the performnace you saw nothing. Dim lights then came on to show large muscular shirtless men dragging boulders by rope across the stage, parallel from each other, dragging from one side to the other. No music, just the loud noise of rocks. The men then all lined up in front of a mountain. Then all looked upwards and had their backs towards the camera. The camera then turned towards a cloud of smoke coming from the ceiling in which Azealia was dropping from. The instrumental of Last Night a DJ Saved My Life was playing as Azealia was lowered. She was seen wearing all white and silver. Her hair was straight and white and her brows were painted over. Her eye makeup was a dark smoky gray. Her outfit had a long beautiful train that flew from behind her as she walked, a beautiful silver metallic color. Azealia looked goddess like as she was lowered from the ceiling on a white wooden swing. Azealia had a microphone in hand which she sung into as she was lowered. Once she got to the top of the mountain, a man ran up and the music stopped as Azealia stood on top of the mountain in her 12 inch overly dramatic heels. She was then carried down by the man. She then picked back up her mic to resume her performance of Metamorph that was soon to be called a work of art. At the end of the performance snow began to fall from the stage and Azealia rolled around as the camera looked at her from a top down view.
The performance was a huge hit, reviving American Idol. After the performance a commercial advertising Metamorph on iTunes as well as the pre-order of The Dying Stars aired. Azealia's performance on the show was uploaded onto her YouTube account. Be sure to buy Metamorph today as well as pre-order The Dying Stars.
