I'm being as objective as possible. I like Nicki. But I'm willing to admit that she is throwing rocks from a glass house. She's done features with plenty of male rappers who suck. FACT. And you know, it's not even about the features. There are plenty of talented female MCs trying to get on but she's doing nothing to help them or just to promote support of female MCs whether she thinks she's better then them or not.
She can be the best and still help usher in a new generation of female MCs. She barely even supports those that paved the way for her. Like I said, she wants to be the only one. And that's not healthy. Regardless of how I feel about Iggy (not a good rapper), Azealia (ignorant and hateful, can't stand her), or Angel (no complaints here), I'm hoping they all find success and help broaden the field for the sake of having more females dominate.
Males do it, coexist, whether they're great, in between, or horrible. Females should be able to do the same.
