When I first started posting here, one of the things that surprised me was how many of the swifties liked Gaga. This was months before the Katy thing.

I've always liked it. Bey, Taylor, Gaga, and Mariah are some of my favorite artists

Britney for 3 years (1999-2001) when I was a child
Avril Lavigne for 3 years (2002-2005)
Rihanna for 3 years (2006-2008)
Taylor followed by Gaga since 2008

2000-2002: Pink (ya I legit adored her from what I can remember and what my mom says lol)
1999-2006 Britney (wasn't really a Stan but I liked her music for sure)
2001-ongoing: Shakira
2009-ongoing: Lady Gaga
2007-ongoing: Rihanna
2002-2005: Avril Lavigne (I'm Canadian + I'm with you and my happy ending literally changed my life in the cold sad Canadian winters )
2010-ongoing: Lana

(I'm sure I've forgotten a ton of artists (oh I loved Nelly Furtado) and ofcourse were only talking about pop girls lol..I really like a ton of bands,and French and Japanese singers etc lol)

The hive? Lol they dropped her as soon as telephone peaked and bey got a huge hit.

Well, the hive loves Gaga since Telephone/Videophone and then the britney army attacked us so we teamed up against them.

Personally i love taylor since Red and then got into her other albums and became a stan. She's now my second fave only behind Gaga and Madonna.

Edit: The "we both hate kats" is not a thing for me since I love Katy and my 4 year old niece is her #1 fan, she also loves Ariana and she's called Ariana too

Because we all stan for talent and we recognise what talent is (be it songwriting, stage presence, dedication, fan interaction) as opposed to just being able to sing cute bops and look nice on stage.
