In the Men's room at my college, I was in one of the stalls and 2 stalls away I saw a guy (gay for sure, I kinda know him) stand on top of the toilet and look over the partition, between his stall and the urinals, at some other guy who was peeing. When the guy finished peeing he looked away and as he climbed down the toilet he had a very creepy smile on his face.
