Motor bike wheels are not that wide and even if they were, it would be impossible to get the tracks to be perfectly parallel like in the picture. Your hypothesis is wrong.

A mess, many of the motor bikes use the same tires as cars do, and if you know how to drive it's extremely easy to drive parallel to one line
