Definitely getting my ears pinned back. Heidi Montag said it was the most painful part of her surgery when she got it done though, and she got a LOT of surgeries.

Yes. I want my lips to be made slightly more plump and the upper part of my nose thinned down a bit. I don't know if I'll get anything else done, that's all I want on my face, but I'm also definitely going to get Lasik at some point (not that that counts as plastic surgery).
