She does, but neither Brad nor Angie have ever used this term and always use female pronouns when they talk about her. She's just a kid, there's no need for labels.
“She only wants to be called John. John or Peter. So it’s a Peter Pan thing. So, we’ve got to call her John. ‘Shi, do you want —’ ‘John. I’m John.’ And then I’ll say, ‘John, would you like some orange juice?’ And she goes, ‘No!’”

Amber Rose congratulated parents for supporting a trans kid. It shows what a great, open-minded person she is, even if her action was caused by a misunderstanding.
Tbh, it's the media's fault for portraying Shiloh as trans when apparently she hasn't labeled herself as such yet. I know nothing about Angelina and Brad but thought their daughter was like 15 and trans and they supported him from the stories I read. You can't really be mad at Amber for not knowing more.
She can very well be just a confused tomboy who admires and wants to be like her older brothers... I wouldnt label her anything, wait at least untill she hits puberty, and even then ... I feel that its not good that her parents discuss and the media speculate about the gender identity of a small child so publicly.
She is a KID for crying out loud. No need to call her trans. Lots of kids do this, she may be gay, trans, etc...let her be a kid. Only time will well what Shiloh chooses to be.
I don't think any child that age is old enough to fully understand the concept of gender. I mean, it's not even until puberty that sex hormones start to produce
I've had female classmates/friends growing up who didn't like "girly" things (e.g. hate dresses, bows, barettes), but never questioned their gender or sexual identity.
