This was such a good rate idea. We should totally consider doing it again; it's been a good three years since the original and the "countdown/rate scene" has changed a lot since then. Not sure how you feel about repeating rates though.
I'm fairly certain Rihanna's debut has never been used for anything, so you could always pair it with, like, Ciara's and Keri Hilson's debuts and have yourself a rate.

She's a French Canadian singer who sings mostly in French but sometimes in English, she's very popular in Canada and French-speaking Europe and has three full length albums and a couple side projects and some features, there are a lot of people who like Fench music here on atrl please? I'm like his biggest stan here I think it'd have a big turn out!

I kind of agree. I know that we don't repeat albums but I think something like this would get people interested in participating in rates again. Especially since I LOVE all four of those albums and I wasn't able to participate in it back then.
Plus, let's be honest, nobody is reaching those levels again.
I don't trust my reliability to start rates anymore, but... Queen Latifah, Da Brat, Lil' Kim, Missy Elliot, and Nicki Minaj (and Salt N Peppa?) should really have their singles pitted against each other.
One of them would obviously have a huge advantage, but it should happen.
Mariah's selection will be a mess, bless her soul.
