Why

It's so hard to stop.

I'm running thrice a week just to cut down my cigs and hopefully stop.
When I run, I don't smoke 6 hours after, 6 hours before. That's two cigarettes but I'll take it than smoking more than 5.
Then I'm going to try and cut my cigarette break at 3. Then after that cut down 1 at night.
If I find success in that I will only be smoking 3 a day down from 7. I'm actually down to 5-6 now and that was a loong process.
And no, I don't find it hard to run but I'm pretty sure I'd be a ****ing beast at running if I stop permanently.
