Based on what I know about your music taste, "To Be Loved" would be your best bet to start with.

Then, if you get anything out of that album, start listening to the rest of his discography in reverse chronological order. His albums become less pop and more jazz as they go back, so for someone who stans mostly pop/dance, it'll be good to take baby steps.

Every album has some great traditional pop gems though!
