Super Bowl because only a select group of artists have performed there. Lots of irrelevant artists have won Grammys Granted Gramnys are the crem del a crem or whatever of awards.

these ppl mention Superbowl. That is a local 15 min show, and nobody outside US cares about it. While Adele wins big in Grammy, it became headline worldwide
Grammy is prestigious music show and many artists performed there, while SB halftime show is a show prepared for one main artist only, and its main point is performance not only music
Grammys. Cuz once you won a Grammy you are Grammy-winning artist X but after you perform at SB your sales go up for one week and than it goes back to normal standard and you are never called a "Superbowl performed artist", and unless something shocking happens at there a la Wardrobe malfunction or M.I.A.'s middle finger people stop to talk about that event real quick.
Superbowl performers don't even sing live. It has nothing to do with personal artistic achievement or musical ability, only popularity. I'd rather my fav won a Grammy for their accomplishments, because it means their output is respectable, meaningful and has longevity. The Superbowl only cares about ratings in that moment.

"No One remembers you after the super bowl". Like people remember you after the Grammys? Where's arcade fire? Sure they have a Grammy award on their shelf but so do thousands of artists. The superbowl grants one performer a year, it's super special to be allowed to play for the Super Bowl. Literally a hundred million people have all their eyes on you for 20 minutes. It's also better promo than winning a Grammy. I'll go for the Super Bowl thanks.

NONE of us have receipts and no one has receipts of Katy actually paying.
Since when was a single telecast of the Grammys watched by over 100 million people in the US? The highest I recalled was nearly 40 million people - when Whitney Houston died.
